program teaches
the fundamental techniques of Karate.
Children learn the importance of
defensive moves and are taught respect
for others through activities requiring
teamwork. |

Black Dragon classes are taught by
instructors who have had specialised training
in coaching young children.

classes are varied and include includes the
strikes, kicks and blocks needed for Sport
Karate, as well as the escapes, rolls, falls,
throws, holds and ground work needed for self
defence."
