We have regular guests from the international Kickboxing circuit. Recently, Dale Noble (Ranked number 1 in the world for Kickboxing) paid us a visit and demonstrated the latest innovations in extreme martial arts!!!



Concentrating on points fighting, Dale explained about using combinations to create openings for scoring. It's common with students learning to fight, that they tend to 'show-boat' techniques, without applying them. Thus, a kick might have great height and look fantastic.
