improving skill, confidence and flexibility
of participants.

class is suitable for people from
age 8 years. For the younger students,
we have a selection of foam and
wood alternatives to ensure learning
in a safe environment. |

the class from the katana (Japanese Sword),
Kama, Nunchaku to Bo and Sai |
